Parking Services has a few updates for students and visitors to campus:

• The WeCar program is now the Enterprise Car Sharing program and ZimRide is now RidePost.

• Visitors to Clemson’s campus are required to either park without a permit in a metered spot and pay the meter or get a visitor’s permit from Parking Services in G01 Edgar Brown Union. If it is after 4:30 p.m., visitor’s parking permits can be obtained from the Clemson University Police Department.

Adacemic Redemption

New Academic Redemption Policy

Earlier this year, a change was approved to replace the Academic Redemption policy with Academic Forgiveness for 2013–14. Under Academic Forgiveness, students will have control over which courses may be removed from their GPR and hours earned. Since many scholarship programs have a minimum GPR and completed hours requirements, this new policy will have a significant impact on students’ eligibility for scholarship renewal. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) will be posted to the Registrar and Financial Aid websites in the near future.
