The Office of Industry Contracts (OIC supports you in your efforts to secure research funding from private industry. The OIC will review your sponsored research proposal to private industry, negotiate contract terms and conditions, and work with you and industry collaborators to ensure that agree- ments follow University policies and procedures as well as federal regulations and requirements. The Clemson University Research Foundation The Clemson University Research Foundation (CURF) gener- ates funding opportunities for Clemson University to support your research initiatives and advance University-created discoveries into new products and services for public use and benefit. CURF provides business development resources to support your efforts to identify and engage industry for research collaboration opportunities and serves as the tech- nology transfer and commercialization agent for intellectual property-related matters. This foundation identifies and facilitates meetings with potential industry collaborators, markets Clemson’s research resources and capabilities to external stakeholders, and matches researchers and projects to specific industries.
