[193.] Spring head in north bank of dragline cut in gumbo area west dam foundation, sta. 23 to 28. Picture in face of cut near center line and at sta. 25. Showing erosion caused by spring. This spring is from a strata of decomposed vegetable matter, roots nuts, etc. approx. 1 to 2' thick.
