Clemson is about two-and-a-half hours from Charlotte, North Carolina; one hour from Greenville, South Carolina; and two-and-a-half hours from Atlanta.

Take Interstate 240 west to I-40 east/I-26 east, then continue onto I-26 east toward Hendersonville, North Carolina, and Spartanburg, South Carolina. Next, exit onto U.S. 25 south toward Greenville, South Carolina. Then exit onto U.S. 123 west toward Easley, South Carolina. Follow U.S. 123 west into Clemson, South Carolina. Turn left onto U.S. 76 east. Turn right onto Perimeter Road. Turn left onto Cherry Road. Then take a slight right onto Old Stadium Road. Finally, turn left onto Madren Center Drive.

Take Interstate 85 north toward Charlotte, North Carolina. Take exit 19B to U.S. 76/state Highway 28 west to Clemson, South Carolina. Turn left onto Perimeter Road once in Clemson. Then take a left onto Cherry Road. Then take a slight right onto Old Stadium Road. Finally, turn left onto Madren Center Drive.

Take Interstate 126 west to I-26 west toward Spartanburg, South Carolina. Exit onto I-385 west to Greenville, South Carolina. Exit onto I-85 south toward Atlanta. Then take exit 19B to U.S. 76/state Highway 28 west to Clemson, South Carolina. Turn left onto Perimeter Road once in Clemson. Then take a left onto Cherry Road. Then take a slight right onto Old Stadium Road. Finally, turn left onto Madren Center Drive.

Take Interstate 85 south toward Atlanta. Take exit 19B to U.S. 76/state Highway 28 west to Clemson, South Carolina. Turn left onto Perimeter Road once in Clemson. Then take a left onto Cherry Road. Then take a slight right onto Old Stadium Road. Finally, turn left onto Madren Center Drive.

Take Interstate 95 north toward Fayetteville, North Carolina. Exit onto I-26 west toward Spartanburg, South Carolina. Exit onto I-385 west toward Greenville, South Carolina. Then exit onto I-85 south toward Atlanta. Then take exit 19B to U.S. 76/state Highway 28 west to Clemson, South Carolina. Turn left onto Perimeter Road once in Clemson. Then take a left onto Cherry Road. Then take a slight right onto Old Stadium Road. Finally, turn left onto Madren Center Drive.

The Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport is 45 minutes (45 miles) from Clemson. This airport is serviced by Allegiant Air, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines and US Airways. The airports in Atlanta and Charlotte, North Carolina, are each about a two-hour drive from the university. Clemson is easily accessible off Interstate 85 (10-minute drive).
